Job summary

Admire ABA in Maryland seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead behavioral assessments, develop tailored intervention plans, and supervise behaviour technicians. You will collaborate with families and professionals across settings to ensure consistent, ethical, and effective client care.

You will maintain detailed progress notes, lead progress meetings, and ensure compliance with organizational standards while pursuing ongoing professional development in behaviour analysis.

Qualifications

• Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
• Provide supervision and training to behaviour technicians and other staff members involved in client care.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor behaviour support plans in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
