House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role with remote and in-person duties. The full-time position requires 2+ years of ABA experience and offers a pay range of $90,000–$110,000, plus opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management and delivery of ABA therapy services.
• School-based supervision in person with RBTs and educators.
• In-home supervision via telehealth with families.
• Assessments and treatment planning tailored to real needs.
• Grow with the organization by building relationships with schools.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics, state laws, and policies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Caseload Management: Lead your own group of amazing kiddos and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.
• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.
• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.
• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.
