Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our clinic and lead assessment, design and implementation of ABA treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges.

You will train and supervise behavior technicians, collaborate with families and other professionals, and ensure data-driven program changes are applied to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be certified BCBA and licensed in Utah.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
• Strong data analysis and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
• Meet with treatment team to discuss progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to implement plans.
• Review reports and progress notes regularly.
• Analyze ABA data and adjust programs accordingly.
• Write progress reports for supervised clients.

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.

Responsibilities as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA: (include but are not limited to)

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
