Job summary

Little Champs ABA in Utah is seeking a BCBA to join our team. You will assess clients, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians.

This full-time role supports collaboration with families and professionals, data-driven progress reviews, and ongoing opportunities for professional development and career advancement in a supportive clinic.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Must be licensed with the Utah licensing board as an LBA.
• Experience designing and supervising ABA programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.
