Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is urgently hiring a BCBA to join our clinic-based team.

As a BCBA, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans, implement ABA techniques, and document in HIPAA-compliant records while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to support clients with autism and other

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs, providing parent training, and designing behavior support programs for children with Autism and other developmental challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavioral changes in clients.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support clients with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral therapy strategies.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certification required
• Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians, providing parent training as well as assessing skills repertoire and maladaptive behaviors in order to design, implement and monitor behavior support programs for children diagnosed with Autism, ADHD and other behavioral/developmental/ intellectual challenges
