Salary Range:$80,000 - $120,000

Manageable Caseload— Maintain a reasonable caseload of 10 to 15 clients, thoughtfully balanced between daytime and after-school cases to support quality care and clinician well-being.
Performance-Based Incentive Programs — Earn quarterly and annual bonuses tied to performance milestones, with the opportunity to earn up to $5,500 in bonuses per year.
