Job summary

North Shore Pediatric Therapy in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking a BCBA to provide clinical oversight for RBTs and to supervise staff delivering ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs.

You will write and monitor individualized treatment plans, collaborate with families and with SLPs and OTs, and ensure documentation meets high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and valid license in good standing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with ABA therapy and evidence-based practices.

What You Bring:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in the state of Texas and in good standing.
• Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented.
• Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs.
• Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
