Job summary

Gracent is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time in-person role involves providing clinical oversight for RBTs, writing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families and other professionals. What You Bring

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in the state of Illinois and in good standing.
• Strong communicator who is proactive and detail‑oriented.
