Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring passionate BCBAs to deliver evidence-based ABA across multiple states with flexible scheduling, including home-based and hybrid formats. You will join a collaborative team with mentorship, professional development, and administrative support to focus on meaningful client outcomes.

Compensation includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, $85,000–$115,000+ total compensation, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• LABA certification required by state where practicing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will:

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports

Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification

• LABA certification where required by state

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field

• Reliable transportation

• Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration

• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification
