Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support children and families across multiple states, including Colorado. We offer center-based, in-home ABA, or hybrid schedules with mentorship and growth opportunities.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, monitor progress, and coach caregivers while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for quality outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification
  • LABA certification where required by state
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports
  • Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
  • Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data
  • Provide caregiver coaching and parent support
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
  • $60 - $70 based on experience
  • Achievable monthly bonus opportunities
  • Relocation assistance available
What You’ll Do
As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will:
