Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking passionate BCBAs for center-based, home-based, or hybrid schedules across multiple states, including Illinois. You’ll join a collaborative clinical team with mentorship, ongoing case consultation, and internal CEUs.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, relocation support, and a competitive total compensation range of $85,000–$115,000+, plus monthly bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Fostering growth and work-life balance is a core focus.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification with state licensure where required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• LABA certification as required by state.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will:
