At Nexus Therapies, we're looking for a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role involves working with professionals including BCaBAs, Program Supervisors, RBTs, and Behavior Therapists. You will provide Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), employing evidence-based methodologies to deliver both direct and indirect services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Excellence: Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans based on data.
  • Team Leadership: Train and supervise BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Program Oversight: Manage program effectiveness, hold team meetings, and adjust interventions based on data.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and adhere to all standards and regulations.
  • Client & Staff Development: Facilitate parent training, conduct assessments, and support professional growth.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and oversee client programs aligned with assessment data and goals.
  • Conduct behavioral evaluations and craft support plans.
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Supervise team performance and promote continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with the Clinical Director regarding client progress and issues.
Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, child development, psychology, or related field.
  • BACB certification and licensure in California.
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays (minimum 3 years) and supervising BTs (minimum 1 year).
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a good driving record.
  • Staff must be located in California.
