Job summary

Applied Behavior Center for Autism is seeking BCBA/BCBA-D/BCaBA clinicians to provide clinic-based ABA and Verbal Behavior services for children and teens with autism. The role requires Indiana licensure and BACB certification, with a Monday–Friday schedule and EST hours.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA/BCBA-D/BCaBA certification.
• Must hold Indiana Behavior Analyst License (LBA).
• Experience with clinical ABA services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments (functional behavior assessments, skill assessments).
• Develop evidence-based ITPs and BIPs based on assessment results.
• Ensure accurate implementation of plans by RBTs and adjust as needed from data.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other clinical staff for fidelity.
• Meet with parents for training on home and community applications.
• Coordinate with families, clinical team and external professionals.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Prepare reports and documentation for clients, families and agencies.

Position Overview:

We are looking for passionate, caring BCaBAs & BCBAs to provide clinic based behavior analytic services to children and teens with autism spectrum disorder.

Required Qualifications:

• Active BCBA, BCBA-D, or BCaBA certification through the Behavior AnalystCertification Board (BACB)
• Active Indiana Behavior Analyst License (LBA) from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments (e.g., functional behavior assessments, skill assessments) for clients to determine treatment needs
• Developing evidence-based individualized treatment plans (ITPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results
• Ensuring accurate implementation of treatment plans by Registered Behavior Technicians, adjusting plans as necessary based on client progress data and stakeholder feedback
• Supervising and providing ongoing support and training to Registered Behavior Technicians and other clinical staff to ensure treatment and data collection fidelity
• Meet with parents and caregivers for the purpose of parent training on implementation of behavior and skill acquisitions strategies in the home and community settings
• Serve as a liaison between families, the clinical team, and external professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plan modifications
• Prepare reports and documentation for clients, families, and external agencies as requested

Compensation:

Pay Range: $81,000.00 to $99,000.00 per year based on prior experience.
