Job summary

Applied Behavior Center for Autism is seeking remote BCBA clinicians to provide clinical oversight for a caseload up to six clients. The role includes supervision of RBTs, parent training, and flexible scheduling within a Monday–Friday window.

You will work with young clients aged 2–21, deliver ABA services, and update treatment goals. The position offers hourly pay of $54–$62, with paid training and CEUs; telehealth delivery supported.

Qualifications

• At least two years of post-certification BCBA experience.
• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification (BACB).
• Active Indiana LBA license (LBA).
• Preferred: Spanish proficiency.
• Experience conducting telehealth consultations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 4-6 hours of consultation per week for each client.
• Create and maintain appointment schedules in Aloha.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of session notes in Motivity at the end of each session.
• Update each clients programming goals and behavior intervention plan as needed.
• Meet with parents at least once a month to discuss progress and provide parent training.
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians during your consultation sessions.
• 16 hours of paid training upon hire to become comfortable with company policies and procedures.
• Flexible self-scheduling- you will work directly with the Branch Manager of the location(s) you are assigned to to provide consultations around your schedule.
• Free CEUs available via attendance at clinical meetings (we are an ACE Provider) (time not eligible for reimbursement)

About Applied Behavior Center for Autism:

The mission of the Applied Behavior Center for Autism is to provide the highest quality ABA and Verbal Behavior therapy and consulting services to children and their families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder to build brighter futures. We do this by providing proven research-based ABA methodologies delivered by highly qualified and certified professionals. Our programs focus on increasing language skills, social skills, daily living, and reducing problematic behavior.

Position Overview:

We are looking for remote BCBAs to provide a minimum of 20 hours of weekly clinical oversight for a caseload of up to 6 clients (typically 4-6 hours per week per client) including RBT supervision and parent training. Clients served at Applied Behavior Center for Autism range between the ages of 2 and 21, have a primary diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, and receive ABA therapy in a clinic setting.

Required Qualifications:

• At least two years of post-certification experience as a BCBA
• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Active Indiana Behavior Analyst License (LBA)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in Spanish
• Experience with Motivity, Aloha ABA, and/or Google Workspace
• Experience conducting consultations and training via telehealth

Compensation:

Pay Range: $54 to $62 per billable hour
