Job summary

Acclimate ABA seeks a dedicated BCBA in Utah to lead and supervise RBTs, designing personalized, data-informed treatment plans for clients with autism and developmental challenges. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and other professionals to ensure consistent care and measurable progress.

The ideal candidate will hold a BCBA certification (BACB), Utah LBA eligibility, and a Master’s or Doctorate in ABA/psychology with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB.
• Utah LBA eligibility (or ability to obtain before start).
• Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, or related field.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with mentorship and feedback.
• Develop personalized, data-informed treatment plans for clients.
• Support families with strategies to promote progress at home and in therapy.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Your Role:

What You Bring:

• A current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Utah (or eligibility to obtain before starting).
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
• A passion for empowering individuals and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
