Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming that prioritizes communication, independence, and self-advocacy. You will work within a neuro-affirming, assent-based framework and collaborate with SLP-BCBAs to support each learner’s needs.

Expect realistic caseloads, no nights or weekends, and a quarterly bonus program as part of a flexible, work-from-home friendly schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree covering behavior analytic content.
• Active BCBA credential.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programs prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with SLP-BCBAs during co-treat sessions.
