Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy for clients. You will work with a team to deliver ethical, trauma-informed care and contribute to clinical growth pathways.

Qualified candidates hold a BCBA credential, a Master’s in behavior analysis, and are eligible to supervise RBTs; enjoy realistic caseloads, flexible schedules with work-from-home days, and opportunities for CEUs and licensure support.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
• Active BCBA credential is required.
• Eligible to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

Responsibilities
