RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy in Naperville, IL is seeking a Full Time BCBA to join our expanded space. The BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, complete assessments, and collaborate with families and other therapists to provide ethical, high-quality care.

Masters in ABA and board certification required. Compensation 75,000–87,000 annually, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and student loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required trainings and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain ongoing documentation with goals, progress and medical necessity.
• Create behavior intervention plans based on functional assessments and track behavior in observable terms; evaluate and direct treatment.

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy in Naperville, IL is seeking a Full Time BCBA for our newly expanded and remodeled therapy space. We are a multidisciplinary outpatient center providing ABA services along with PT,OT and SLP. We are seeking a BCBA to join our team to provide ethical, quality ABA care for our pediatric patients. RUSH Kids offer opportunities for growth and mentorship within the field of ABA. Our BCBAs design and oversee programs for children with autism served by RUSH Kids. In this position, the BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, complete assessments, and collaborate with families and other therapists, among other responsibilities. We are looking for a professional, compassionate candidate with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.

Masters Degree in ABA and board certification required.
