Job summary

Cultivate BHE in Hamden, CT is hiring a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 USD, with a flexible hybrid schedule and a focus on delivering high-quality ABA services to a wide age range.

As a BCBA, you will lead treatment planning, mentor RBTs, participate in parent onboarding, and collaborate with a Clinical Manager for growth.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher required.
• BCBA certification and current standing with BACB.
• Experience working with children and in ABA.
• 2 years: experience in functional discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for clients.
• Mentor RBTs and BCaBAs through Cultivate Apprenticeship Program.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Client Outreach to shape caseload.
• Work with Clinical Manager on professional growth opportunities.
• Contribute to sign-on bonus program and client services.

Compensation with your well-being

• Total First-Year Earning Potential: $80,000–$95,000 base + $10,000 sign-on bonus + monthly performance bonuses
