Job summary

Magical Moments invites a highly qualified BCBA to join our Williamsburg, VA-based team, dedicated to ethical, high-quality care with small caseloads and strong professional development. You’ll lead assessments, design BIPs, and mentor RBTs.

We emphasize collaboration, mentorship from our Chief Clinical Officer, and flexible scheduling for full- and part-time work. Expect a warm, mission-driven environment with generous supervision and a relocation option for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• VA LBA license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation.
• Experience with behavioral assessments and data analysis.
• Skilled communicator with a team-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
• Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15–20% of their hours).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.
