Magical Moments is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Virginia Beach. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to drive client progress.

The role emphasizes small caseloads, robust supervision time (15–20%), and a strong training culture under our Chief Clinical Officer. Flexible FT & PT schedules and relocation assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation.
• Experience with behavioral assessments and data analysis.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
• Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15–20% of their hours).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.
• Contribute to a positive, solution oriented team culture.
