Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group in Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive team focused on data-driven, compassionate ABA therapy for children and teens.

As a BCBA you will manage a small caseload (6–11 clients), oversee treatment plans, train caregivers, and document progress using streamlined systems across home, community, and clinic settings. Compass offers mentorship and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility within one month of hire).
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.

Your Role as a BCBA at Compass:
