BAYADA Home Health Care in Hawai‘i is seeking a BCBA for a full-time, salaried position based in our ABA center in Wailuku. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Join the largest team of BCBAs in Hawai‘i and provide compassionate, excellent, and reliable services to clients and families. Qualifications include BCBA in good standing, Hawai‘i license, strong references, and the ability to work both independently and with a team, plus strong

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments

• Conduct group trainings and supervisions

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®)
• Must obtain a Hawai‘i state license in behavior analysis prior to start date
• Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the use of technology
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
