Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a licensed BCBA to lead individualized ABA care with a small caseload. The role focuses on developing and supervising client-specific treatment plans, conducting assessments, and using data to guide decisions.

The position requires ongoing supervision of Behavior Technicians / RBTs, collaboration with families, and strict documentation compliance while staying current with ABA best practices and ethics.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification is required.
  • State LBA license required or in process.
  • Experience developing and implementing ABA programs.
