Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA-based programs in Massachusetts. You will conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and drive progress through data-driven programming.

In this on-site role, you will train Behavior Technicians, partner with families and interdisciplinary teams, and lead parent training and support to promote meaningful outcomes for children with communication and developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Experience or strong interest in early intervention.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
