ASAT: ABA a Step At A Time care seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Hartford-area team. We are a parent-founded, clinician-led ABA company focused on outcomes-based, evidence-driven practices that prioritize collaboration and client success.

The BCBA will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and schools to promote progress while ensuring ethical and payer compliance.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and CT LBA licensure in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with scope of early learning curriculum and assessments.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school and community programs for individuals with autism.
• Experience supervising RBTs and training staff in ABA programs.
• Experience with parent training and insurance-funded protocols preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $80 - $130/hr.
• Full-Time: 25-28 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Location: Hartford county, CT

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Current CT LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
• Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
• Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
