Job summary

ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care in New York is seeking an experienced BCBA to develop and supervise ABA treatment plans, train RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Applicants must hold BCBA certification and NY licensure, with a Master’s in ABA or related field and experience across in-center, in-home, in-school, and community programs. Flexible hybrid schedule in Manhattan/Brooklyn; strong commitment to evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

  • Must hold BCBA certification and NY licensure.
  • Master's degree in ABA or related field.
  • Experience with early learning curriculum scope and sequence.
  • Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
  • Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism.
  • Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
  • Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
  • Insurance-funded protocols experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
  • Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

  • Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule
  • Pay Range: $80 - $125/hr.
  • Full-Time: 25-28 hours/week or Part-Time Available
  • Location: Manhattan and/or Brooklyn, NY
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Current NY LBA licensure required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
  • Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
