ABA A Step At A Time Care is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team in Frederick, MD. We’re a parent-founded ABA company dedicated to outcomes-based, evidence-driven practices that improve kids’ lives and family engagement.

Opportunity for Involvement in Conducting Research (If Appropriate)
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $135,000 per annum
Full-Time: 25-28 hours/week or Part-Time Available
Location: Frederick, MD
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Current MD LBA licensure required.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum.
Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs in-home, in-school, and/or in-community.
Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
Experience with insurance-funded protocols preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
