Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for school-based positions. We offer a clinician-led environment with mentoring, collaboration with school partners, and a strong supportive culture.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, with benefits and professional development opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, designing BIPs, collaborating with educators and families, and providing staff coaching on evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Two years of school-based ABA experience preferred.
• Experience training school staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs using data-driven, trauma-informed approaches.
• Design and oversee implementation of individualized BIPs.
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and families.
• Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical, clinical, and school district standards.
• Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and stay current on best practices in behavior analysis and education.
