Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year. We offer coaching, mentoring, and strong collaboration with school partners in a supportive, team‑oriented culture.

Responsibilities include FBAs, BIP design, collaboration with educators, families and staff, staff training, IEP participation, and compliant documentation. Competitive salary ($80,000–$110,000) and comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• At least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities.
• Experience training school staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using data-driven approaches.
• Design and oversee the implementation of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and families to support student success.
• Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed based on data.
• Train and support school staff in behavior-analytic procedures and best practices.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals and accommodations as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with standards.
• Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and stay current on best practices.

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification
• At least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities
• Experience training school staff and parents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills and the ability to work as a collaborative and supportive team member
• Fingerprint background clearance Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
