Job Description

The Ashtabula County Educational Service Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming 2026-2027 School Year.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, coordinates, and implements behavior analysis services and behavior intervention plans for general education and special education students with complex/less involved and/or severe/predictable behaviors in enrolled educational program.
• Provide support and professional learning opportunities to Ashtabula County Educational Service Center staff and parents/guardians in the appropriate use of behavior analysis methodologies and intervention techniques.
• Conducts assessments and develops plans that conform to IDEA, Ohio law and regulations and the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
