Job summary

Ivy ABA in Virginia is seeking a Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to lead a clinic-based ABA program. You will supervise behavior technicians, conduct assessments, and design individualized treatment plans for children with autism.

You will mentor families, collaborate with speech, OT, and PT providers, and have the opportunity to become an equity partner by founding your own Ivy ABA clinic.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience creating individualized treatment plans including skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Experience supervising technicians to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and drive outcomes with Ivy ABA leadership.
• Conduct assessments and design personalized treatment plans.
• Coach technicians to implement plans and empower parents.
• Coordinate care with other Ivy Rehab for Kids providers.

Our goal is to work on what's most important to the child and their support system by creating an individualized pediatric treatment program tailored to their needs. Whether it's working on communication, social skills, aggression, non-compliance, self-help skills, play, academics, or fine and gross motor skills, we always address the specific concerns for each patient. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life.
