Job summary

Ivy Health’s pediatric ABA program seeks a Board-CCertified Behavior Analyst to lead a clinic-based team in Virginia with a 8–12 patient caseload and collaborative leadership under Ivy ABA.

As part of an interdisciplinary care model with SLPs, OTs, and PTs, you will design individualized treatment plans and coach technicians and caregivers to achieve meaningful behavior changes at home and in sessions.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience creating individualized treatment plans including both skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Experience supervising technicians to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 8-12 patients, coordinating with Clinic Director and Ivy ABA leadership to drive outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing each patient’s plan.
• Coach and empower parents to apply ABA principles outside sessions.
• Coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary care team with SLPs, OTs, and PTs.

Position Summary

State of Location: Virginia. As an outpatient clinician within our Applied Behavioral Analysis program (ABA), you will help children and their families learn new skills and techniques using the therapy that is most effective for autism. Our goal is to work on what's most important to the child and their support system by creating an individualized pediatric treatment program tailored to their needs. Whether it's working on communication, social skills, aggression, non-compliance, self‑help skills, play, academics, or fine and gross motor skills, we always address the specific concerns for each patient. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Job Highlights

• Base Salary of $70,000-$80,000
• Role eligible for performance bonus, sign-on bonus, and tuition reimbursement
• Lead a team of behavior technicians in a clinic-based setting with predictable schedules
• Provide ABA services within an interdisciplinary care model comprised of behavior technicians, speech‑language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists

• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing each patient’s individual treatment plan.
• Coach and empower parents and caregivers to learn ABA-based principles and interventions to drive meaningful behavior change outside of session.
• Coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary care team for patients who receive speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and/or physical therapy from Ivy Rehab for Kids providers.
