Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in California to join our expanding team. You will apply evidence-based ABA techniques to help children with autism achieve meaningful progress and independence.

The role combines program design, assessment, and supervision with a focus on VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA methodologies, plus DTT and NET/NVB. Competitive pay, generous bonuses, and comprehensive benefits await.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with a master’s degree in ABA or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and supervise ABA programs for children with autism.
• Assess and monitor progress using standardized measures.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team to support goals.
