Behavior Frontiers in California is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dedicated team providing life-changing ABA services to children with autism. You will design and implement individualized ABA treatments, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary staff.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA with a master’s degree and at least one year of experience in ABA, with hands-on VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments, and strong skills in

Competenze

• Certified BCBA with a master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies.
