Job summary

Sun and Sage ABA in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our caring team. This part-time position offers flexible daytime hours with the potential to grow into full-time as our caseload expands.

You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with families and schools, collect and analyze data, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation. We offer paid indirect time, mentorship, and supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Credentialed BCBA in good standing.
• Passion for helping individuals with autism and developmental needs.
• Strong ABA principles and data collection.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Commitment to ethical, culturally respectful care.
• Completion of New Mexico background check registry.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and model strategies for technicians and caregivers.

• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing clinical reviews.
