Job summary

Up and Up ABA in New Mexico is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team and provide high-quality ABA services across the state. This in-person role offers flexible shifts and supportive teamwork.

Relocation to New Mexico is required before starting. You will supervise therapists, develop curricula and behavior plans, analyze progress data, and collaborate with parents and case managers to ensure outstanding client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (BACB) is required.
• Experience working with children with autism is required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
