Up and Up ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide in-person ABA services across New Mexico. You will supervise therapists, develop curricula and behavior plans, analyze data, and collaborate with families and case managers to deliver high-quality care.

The role offers flexible hours and locations within New Mexico, with a focus on pediatric autism services and a supportive, family-like work environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with children with autism.
• In-person work in New Mexico preferred.
