Job summary

Kyo in San Francisco is seeking a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services in a hybrid role, serving clients at home, school, and community sites.

You will work with a collaborative team, support development of therapists and BCBA Trainees, and benefit from a comprehensive benefits package and bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Willingness to travel between client and business sites.
  • Availability to provide client support within 8:00 am–7:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
  • Physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems.
  • Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.

Education

Kyo is seeking a BCBA in the San Francisco area who is committed to delivering high‑quality, ethical ABA, supported by a collaborative and experienced clinical team. This is a hybrid remote position.

Pay Range: $95,000–$110,000

Relocation Bonus: $6,000

$5,000 Sign On Bonus

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems.
  • Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.

Job Requirements
  • Education and Skills: Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Active BCBA certification.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites.
  • Availability: Ability to provide client support within our service hours of 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with schedules determined based on your client needs.
  • Physical Ability: This job requires extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and communicate clearly to participate in physical and play‑based therapies.
