- Supportive Mentorship: Whether you’re newly certified or looking to grow, you’ll have direct access to a responsive BCBA-D and clinical team ready to back you up.
What You'll Do- Design and supervise individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs in home, community, group home, and/or school settings.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based, proactive behavior support plans.
- Train and support clients, families, and caregivers during scheduled sessions.
- Oversee and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring fidelity to treatment plans and fostering their professional growth.
- Collaborate with families, conservators, and teams to ensure behavior plans are practical, sustainable, and person-centered.
- Stay current with the latest research to ensure all interventions reflect best practices in the field.
- Manage your caseload and submit clinical documentation in a timely, organized manner.
- Step in where your expertise is needed most to support the broader success of the team.
What You Bring- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision training (per BACB requirements).
- A Master’s, PsyD, or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
- Passion, professionalism, and the belief that every person deserves dignity and opportunity.
$60 - $70 an hour
