Behavior Frontiers in San Antonio, TX seeks a BCBA to join a growing ABA team, delivering life-changing services to children with autism. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and a strong benefits package.

You will design and oversee ABA programs, conduct VB-MAPP and related assessments, and collaborate with clinicians to drive outcomes. Paid time off, learning stipends, and travel support are included.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies.
