Job summary

Behavior Frontiers, a leader in ABA services for over 20 years, is hiring full-time BCBAs in the San Antonio area. This role offers a competitive salary and a strong bonus program, with a focus on impact for children with autism.

As a BCBA you will design and implement ABA programs, conduct VB-MAPP/Vineland/ABLLS/Brigance/FBA assessments, and collaborate with families and teams to drive progress. We offer comprehensive benefits from day one and ample opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with a master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior methodologies.
