Job summary

ABA Pathways, LLC is seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our team in Michigan. You will conduct FBAs, design individualized behavior programs, and provide direct ABA services to clients while coordinating with families and the clinical team.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently within a person-centered, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in ABA, psychology, sociology, or related field.
  • BCBA/BCaBA certification required.
  • Minimum 2 years of ABA experience.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
  • Design individualized behavior programs.
  • Maintain a consistent schedule with clients.
  • Provide direct ABA services as needed.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA).

  • Design individualized behavior programs.

  • Maintain consistent, reliable schedule with clients.

  • Provide direct services to client as needed.

  • Provide on-going support to families and clinical team members.

  • Ensure implementation of programs according to company standards of excellence.

  • Collaborate closely with BCBA colleagues.


Requirements


  • Masters degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, or related field.

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

  • Two (2) years minimum experience in providing ABA services.

  • Demonstrated experience and skills in team leadership.

  • Ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to 35 lbs.

  • Ability to interact with clients, including but not limited to; bending, twisting, and moving quickly.

  • TB, background checks and clearance, infant/child CPR and First Aid certification will be required.
