Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Michigan to join our growing ABA team. You will design and implement ABA programs for children with autism and contribute to life-changing services with evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• BCBA with a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and VB methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA programs for children with autism.
• Provide life-changing services through evidence-based ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with families and school teams to support client progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
