Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their expanding team in Massachusetts. The role offers a salary range of $86,000-$93,000 per year plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies.
