Sunny Skies ABA in Raleigh, NC seeks a BCBA to supervise RBTs, conduct functional assessments, and develop tailored treatment and behavior plans. Flexible scheduling accommodates evenings, weekends, or other roles.

The role emphasizes ethical, evidence-based ABA services, clinician autonomy, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Formación

• BCBA credential required.
• Active North Carolina LBA licensure or ability to obtain.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing parent training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Conduct assessments including VB‑MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, and functional behavior assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure high‑quality care.
• Support ethical, evidence‑based ABA services.

Qualifications
