Job summary

B Above Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for flexible part-time or full-time roles. This position offers hourly compensation ranging from $80 to $120 plus bonuses and the chance to lead high-quality ABA programs for children and families.

You’ll develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and clinicians, and ensure ethical and regulatory standards are met while growing within a supportive team.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification is required.
  • Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Genuine passion for improving lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and adjust goals based on client progress
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing training and feedback
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
