Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Raleigh-based team. This role offers a flexible mix of remote and hybrid work arrangements and leads the development and supervision of ABA programs for clients.

The successful candidate will hold a current BCBA credential, a Master’s in ABA, and NC licensure, with strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive client outcomes. We provide competitive pay, weekly compensation, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Pay Range: $95-$110 per hour (or salary option)
• Full-Time: or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Remote & Hybrid in Raleigh, NC (and surrounding neighborhood)
