Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding Georgia-based team. You will design, implement, and monitor ABA programs to drive meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold current BCBA certification and active status.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Willing to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
• Experience designing and supervising ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., functional assessments).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.

What You’ll Do
