ABA Centers of Georgia in Warner Robins, GA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. You will design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs and supervise RBTs and caregivers.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $120,000, a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, relocation up to $10,000, and student loan forgiveness up to $24,000, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the organization.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs


• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers


• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)


• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly


• Other typical BCBA activities
